Ignition sequence start…guidance is internal…lift off…the new Rocket Five website has launched!

If your reading this then you have found the new Rocket Five website..welcome aboard! Even though we have only been trading for a short time (February 2019 if your reading this in the future), we thought it was time to step up our game and build a better website to showcase our skills and take you on a journey into the creative realm.

Built on the Webflow platform, the site contains everything you would expect from a website; eye-catching images responsiveness (or mobile-ready as they call it now), useful information,SEO and of course a blog. Everything has been created to be on brand and most of all, fun.

With our blog we want to share our 20 years of knowledge and keep you up to date on what's happening with us, the industry, and anything else we think you might like (and some stuff just for fun). Keep watching this space.

To get to the website you see before you, it had to follow a process. Before any design is done we work out what the content should be through research and lots of brainstorming, and create a rough flow chart of pages to make sure it all works together. Once the content is in place a wire frame is created, which is basically an outline of the whole site and lets us move things around so we can tighten the experience. Then it’s time to create images (like the ones below), text and colour which is laid out over the wire frame (think of is as colouring in). Once that stage is complete, the actual website is then built. If this were for a client then their feedback can be given throughout the entire process.

This way of working has a lot of advantages. Not only do you get to see what works and what doesn’t early on, but it speeds up the process and eliminates any nasty surprises leading to a more efficient and better build. You know from the outset what elements you need to get and if they work well together.

So have a look around and feel free to get in touch if there is anything Rocket Five can do for you in the future.
